Common Chronic Fatigue Symptoms
There are a variety of symptoms associated with chronic fatigue
that are similar among those who suffer from this disorder. With that being said
many people who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome seem to experience these
symptoms differently then others with the same diagnosis. Fatigue, reoccurring
headaches, dizziness, stomach problems, and nausea are the most common chronic
fatigue symptoms. Because these symptoms can be present with other form of
illnesses it is important that your doctor performs the tests needed to see
whether this is true or not, only then can an accurate diagnosis be made. O good
way to confirm a chronic fatigue diagnosis is to keep a daily journal of the
symptoms as they occur and for how long. This is important because the symptoms
can come and go at all times of the day and this will give a doctor a good
baseline of the symptoms and how to best deal with them.
Depression and loss of appetite are two other symptoms of chronic fatigue.
Because of the headaches, nausea, and dizziness many times people just do not
feel like eating, which is understandable. But not eating further weakens the
body leaving it open to other illnesses like the colds or the flu which makes
the disorder even more miserable. Other illnesses can contribute to and make
worse the symptoms of chronic fatigue. The symptoms of chronic fatigue can also
lead to depression from the mere fact that constantly feeling tired and sick can
seriously affect anyone’s mood. Getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet
and having a doctor who understands the condition and prescribes the proper
medications is vitally important when it comes to chronic fatigue.
